Made from Rkatsiteli, one of Georgia's oldest white grapes, picked at optimal ripeness. The grapes' natural acidity and the Kakhetian microclimate give the wine its purity and refined style.
The wine is characterised by a straw-gold colour and aromas of green apple and quince. Its delicate fruit is perfectly balanced by lively acidity and a dry, mineral finish.
Made with no additives: no preservatives, no colouring, no added sugar.
Ideal with fish, pkhali and young cheese.
