Our story
We are a family cellar outside Telavi. Our grandparents made wine here, and their grandparents before them, and not one bottle of it was ever for sale.
It was for the supra. And there were a lot of supras. The house filled so often, with so many people, that the neighbours started calling it a restaurant.
That is where the standard comes from. When you are pouring for twenty people who will tell you exactly what they think, you learn fast what belongs on a table.
Nothing has changed since. No preservatives, no colouring, no added sugar. Grapes, time and clean hands.
We still make it for our own table first. But from every harvest, a few hundred bottles are for yours.
